How do I contact someone at Your Beautiful Boutique?
Everyone can reach our customer service team by phone at (678)-5525360 or by email at customerservice@yourbeautifulboutique.com.
Please note we offer customer service calls only during regular business hours. If you need help after normal business hours, please reach out via email. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
We do not monitor our Social Media accounts for customer service messages. If you reach out to us on one of the various platforms, we might not see your message. Please do not message us on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, or any other messaging service for any issues regarding your orders or needing to speak to someone from the boutique.
What is your refund and return policy?
We offer returns and refunds within 14 days of purchase. All items must be in original packaging, items must be in unworn and unwashed condition.
How do I return an item?
You can bring the items you want to return and drop them in the retunrn bin at your location in Carrollton, GA. Alternatively, you are welcome to ship your items back to us. Whichever is more convenient for you.
Please allow 5-7 business days from delivery confirmation to the boutique for your return to be processed and your store credit to apply to your account.
How long does shipping take?
We ship items every day here at YBB. Though some items are presale items and we cannot ship them until they arrive at us. Please be sure your items are not presale items before reaching out to us to ask where your order is. Presale items can take one day, three days, even two weeks to arrive. There will always be an ETA (estimated time of arrival) within the post for presale items.
Where will my order come from?
We ship orders from our store in Carrollton, GA and our Warehouse in Texas.
Shipping Costs
Because of increases in shipping rates for all shipping carriers, YBB has had to increase shipping costs. We will do our best to combine orders as often as possible. We cannot control how much it costs to ship items. If you are local, we always recommend choosing pick up during checkout. If you cannot pickup your order and we have to ship, please know we are only charging you the cost we are charged.
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa). We accept PayPal, Amazon pay, ShopPay, and Sezzle.
What is Sezzle?
Your Beautiful Boutique has partnered with Sezzle, an online payment provider. Sezzle is a new way to split your total into 4 payments with no interest!
Sezzle is not a layaway program. Sezzle allows you to buy now, enjoy now, and pay later.
