Refund policy

 We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return them. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Your items CAN NOT have animal hair, smoke, perfume, or washing detergent on them. 

To start a return, Please make sure your item is eligible for return.  We do not except returns on Swimwear, Doorbusters, Deal of the Day Items, Sale Items, Clearance Items, Accessories, or Gift Cards.  We also do not except returns on any orders with discounts of 30% or more. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping fees on return items unless we have made an error on your order or the item is defective. 

Once we receive your return we will inspect it and issue a credit within 48 hours. You may use the credit to purchase something else in our store.  Your credit does not expire.  

If you return an item that is NON-Returnable, we will ship it back to you if you want to pay the shipping fee.  If not, we donate all items to our local WOMENS SHELTER.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

(You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item)

OTHER Non-Returnable Items
Other items that cannot be returned are perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).   Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Credits and Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the credit/refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a credit within 48 hours. If your return is due to a defeat or error on our part we will replace the item if we have it in stock.  If not, you will receive a refund to your original payment.  Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to process.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
