All orders must be processed before being shipped. Your Beautiful Boutique has selected USPS as our shipping carrier. We are very proud of our ability to ship your orders quickly. Once your order has been fulfilled and your tracking information has been recorded in our system, you will receive an email with your tracking number to confirm your order has been shipped.
Orders for items that are in stock are shipped within 5-7 business days after processing unless your order contains items that are pre-sale items. Pre-sale items will have their Estimated Time for Arrival (ETA) noted within their description. Pre-sale items will not ship before their noted ETA. Your tracking number can be used to follow the shipping progress for your order. Please be advised that your tracking number might not have updated information until 24-48 hours after you've received it in your confirmation email. If for some reason the tracking information has not been updated after 48 hours, please do not call the Post Office. The Postal Workers will not be able to provide any more information than what you can see using your tracking number online. There are times when tracking information doesn't update until after an order has been delivered. This is not common, however, it does happen. Please allow up to 5 business days (Monday- Friday) for your order to arrive once you have received a tracking number.
If you receive a shipping confirmation email after Your Beautiful Boutique's regular business hours or over the weekend, this just means your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped on the next business day.
If your order doesn't contain any items that are pre-sale and you have not received a tracking number after 5 business days before reaching out, please check your junk/spam folder and promotional email tab for an email you may have missed. All order information will be sent to the email used during checkout. Please ensure you have entered the correct address where your order should be shipped and ensure you have used a valid payment method as well. Ensure you have used the correct billing and mailing address with any apartment and house numbers. Once your order is placed, we are unable to correct any wrong addresses once an order has been processed for shipping. Always verify your email address, shipping address, and current phone number during checkout.
Your Beautiful Boutique processes orders on regular business days. Processing excludes ALL major holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST, during US holidays, or over the weekend will be processed on the following business day. Once you place your order and we receive your completed payment your order will be shipped on the following business day or usually within 48 hours.
Depending on the volume of shipments and the time of year, there may be delays with shipping. Once your order has been handed over to USPS for shipping we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Shipping delays are beyond our control and we are not responsible for any delays you may experience.
